The International Meeting Center of the Foundation for the Promotion of International Scientific Relations at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main
The Foundation for the Promotion of International Scientific Relations at the Goethe University maintains two very prestigious mansions with a stylish aura.
The Muthesius-Mansion, located in the Ditmarstrasse, was built by the architect Hermann Muthesius around 1932. The Cahn-Mansion is located in the Frauenlobstrasse and was built in 1928/29 by the architect Willi Cahn. The mansions are connected by a spacious park in one of the most beautiful areas of Frankfurt. They are within walking distance of the University and Botanical Gardens.
The mansions have a total of 22 different sized and very tastefully furnished apartments. They not only offer a unique charm and quality of living, but also feature exterior facades of woodbine, beautiful views of the cultivated park with its aged tree population and an overall exceptional location.
Both guest houses have excellent access to public transportation. Bus # 32 has a stop directly in the „Ditmarstrasse“, and the underground train „U-Bahn“ station „Bockenheimer Warte“ is within 10 minutes walking distance.
