The International Center of Academic Exchange and guest apartments in Helios building

The International Center of Academic Exchange was built in 1997 within the framework of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and represents as such a guest house for international scientists.

The facility is located near to the main campus of the university and is surrounded by a sports ground and a lake. Sixteen completely furnished and equipped flats offer unique opportunities for arrivers and this on a reasonable price.

Eight single rooms, 3 double rooms, four triple rooms and one flat has 4 rooms. Inside the facility you find a seminar and meeting room, a washing machine, access to telephone and internet and a garden outside with barbecue facilities and a children’s playground complete the service.

Minimum term of lease is 6 months, maximum 24 months. Prolongation is due to the current situation of capacity used.
